It's offered to your attention the combined Russian - Ukrainian costume for boys:

All the costume parts are made according to 18-19 centuries fashion. Much hand work! The hat is decorated with a big flower. Such hats were spread in central Russia. Handmade shirts were widely spread for Russian men and boys at mostly central regions of Russia. The pants were mostly spread especially in south Ukraine. Such combination of dress was popular near Russian-Ukrainian borderland - people just use the most comfortable dresses from both cultures.
Shirt. The clasp is placed at the left side of the shirt. That means - men's wear. The name of the shirt "kosovorotka" means in Russian that the collar clasp is shifted from the "middle line" of the shirt. Sholders are not fixed. Wattled waist belt is applied.
Pants.The waist and pant-legs have rubber bands, so, the pants do not require belt to wear with. The style of the pants is very "free" and comfortable.
Hat. Traditional for both cultures black color and a big funny flower makes this hat extraordinary detail what finalizes the boy's costume.
This could be a very good gift to Russian or Ukrainian dancer, or history lover, or just as unusual decoration!
The colors are traditional Russian and Ukrainian. If you are interested in different colors and sizes please contact the seller. SIZE: - the buyer orders any boy's size (for up to 12 years, no taller than 55 inches boy) after the auction ended.
IMPORTANT: The buyer should contact the seller through eBay or direct and specify the required measurements within one week after the payment is complete. The measurements required for this item are the following:
- overall height (from top of head to floor);
- breast circumference;
- waist circumference;
- neck circumference;
- sleeve length from neck bottom to wrist (down along shoulder and arm).

- the age of the boy would be really appreciated!
