147 BORIS VOLYNOV SIGNED COLOR PHOTOCARD!!!

It's offered to your attention the color photocard of the cosmonaut who participated in the world's first docking of two piloted spacecrafts (SOYUZ-4 and SOYUZ-5, January 16, 1969) Boris Volynov.

The photocard is signed by Boris Volynov on the right part of the front side. The signature is very clean and sharp. It is printed under the photo: "Citizen of Union of Soviet Socialistic Republics, commander of the spacecraft "Soyuz-5", pilot-cosmonaut lieutenant colonel Boris Valentinovich VOLYNOV."

Boris Volynov was born on December, 18 1934 in Irkutsk. In 1953 he finished the 24-th Military Aviation School of primary education of Air Forces pilots, Pavlodar, Kazakhstan. Three years later Volynov graduated from the Military Aviation School of Pilots in Novosibirsk. He continued his education at the Military Air Engineering Academy by N.E. Zhukovsky and after finishing it in 1968 Volynov recieved qualification "pilot-engineer- cosmonaut".
On March 07, 1960, Boris Volynov was added to the Group of Cosmonauts Training Center of Air Forces. And on January 15, 1969 he performed the flight on board of SOYUZ-5 with A. Eliseev and E. Hrunov as the commander of the crew. During the flight was made the world's first docking of two piloted spacecrafts (with SOYUZ-4). After docking Eliseev and Hrunov moved into SOYUZ-4 and Boris Volynov landed alone. For this flight he was awarded the highest award of USSR - Hero of USSR Star.
On July 06, 1976 Volynov performed his second spaceflight together with V. Zholobov as the Commander of SOYUZ-21 and commander of the orbital station SALUT-5. The mission was preliminarary finished.
Since June 1971 he began to occupy high positions in the cosmonauts group.
