It's offered to your attention the unique document from the young Soviet republic leaded by Lenin. The letter dated as of Feb 10, 1922 is handwritten by Joseph Stalin on his personal letterhead of the Secretary of the Central Committee of the Worker's and Peasant's Party of Bolsheviks. In this letter Stalin requests Alexander Tsurupa to organize meetings with the professors of technical universities. In a few months after the date of this letter, Stalin became the General Secretary of the Communist Party, and Tsurupa was appointed as the People's Commissar of the Workers' and Peasants' Inspection of the Soviet Republic. So, this is a business letter between two famous people who actively built up the industry and highly raised the economy of the USSR, what cost of hunger and deprivation of millions of its people.
